The word worship in the Hebrew actually means to bow down. When we bow down before God we are worshiping Him. We can bow down in our hearts and worship.
He is worthy. He is the One with the answers. I think sometimes we forget that, but HE and HE alone is the One. The Holy One.
Sometimes prayer can be challenging. Prayer can be challenging when we pray and pray and we still don't see anything. Nothing seems to have moved. But it has we just don't see it with our natural eyes. When we pray in faith and use Scriptures to pray, we are knocking down enemy forces. We are breaking down strongholds and sometimes those strongholds have been erected for a long time, so it takes time and it takes more prayer to bring them down!
But they will come down and one of the most powerful things we can do to bring them down is to worship God, especially before we see anything manifest from our prayer time.
We should pray, but then we should worhsip
