If you are a believer, then you are made in Christ's image. You are made in His image and likeness. Our spirit man, our recreated being, is made exactly like Christ's. .....
There is LIFE in the Word!! Do you need life? Do you need healing? Do you want a longer life on the earth than maybe you think you have?
Then get into the Word and put it in front of your eyes. Keep it there and meditate and think on it. It'll change your life! The Word will bring you healing, long life and any other thing you need!! Praise God! When we pray for someone to be drawn to the Lord it is interesting to understand what exactly that means. To draw means: to pull, or move; gently pull or guide in a specified direction; to move in a slow steady way, attract (someone) to come to a place or an event; direct.
Isn't that great? I love the revelation it gives me when I pray for God to draw someone to Him. I know in answer to that prayer He is: gently pulling and guiding them in His direction; He is moving them in a slow steady way towards Him; He is making Himself attractive to them!! So don't quit praying for those who are not near Him because He desires for them to draw near Him! He desires us all to be close to Him, so He draws us, makes Himself attractive, towards us! I don't know about you, but I think it's great that all we have to do is ask God and He'll give us HIS secrets! Imagine that! God, the Creator of the universe, Who knows all things, has the answer to every question, every problem, Who knows all about you, will give YOU answers and secrets that he alone knows!
I have shared this many times before, but I think it's awesome! I think we all (Christians) need to be encouraged to ask God for hidden things! "In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge ." Colossians 2:3 If you ask for God's secrets, He'll tell you! If you want to know the hidden things of God and answers to complicated questions all you have to do is ask! Jeremiah 33:3 says, "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know." (AMP) All we have to do is ask God for great treasures, for His hidden secrets and they'll be manifested to us! What's your identification? It is amazing that when you become a Christian you identify with Christ. A believer has His joy within. His perfect joy, complete, on the inside! A believer has His peace. A believer has His love. A believer is made new in the image of Christ.
As a believer you are a completely different person on the inside. You now have His thoughts, His desires, His purposes within because you identify with Him! You live in Him and He lives in you. This is YOUR identification! You no longer identify with sin, death, depression, grief, sorrow, pain, hopelessness or defeat because Christ has made you new! Rejoice! You can go to this link and read the latest on Israeli news. As believers we need to protect Israel with our prayers. Jesus said to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. We pray for their protection (Ps. 91) and their Salvation.
Check out the link here and pray for our Israeli friends! http://www.cufi.org/site/PageServer In 2 Peter 1:3 we read that God has already given us everything that pertains to life and godliness.
"His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness." We read in 1 Peter 2:24 that He has healed us. We read in Colossians 1:13 that He has delivered us from the power of darkness. In Luke 10:19 we read that Jesus has given us power to tread on serpents and scorpions. In Romans 6:18 we read that he has given us freedom. "You have been set free from sin." We learn from Peter when he walked on the water to never look at our circumstances, but to keep our eyes on Christ. We need to remember that we ARE healed, we ARE delivered, we HAVE power over the enemy, we HAVE His freedom from sin and its forces. In appropriating these we should keep our eyes on Christ and not on our circumstances! We have been swamped with revising our healing study guide. But we will be posting on the blog daily again, so keep checking in for some great words of God's!
"The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds." 2 Corinthians 10:4
I love this verse! I love that our prayers are so very powerful that they demolish strongholds. I love that God has promised us that our weapons are so powerful that we can tear down things that are not supposed to be in our lives! The definition of the word demolish is:..... God is the Strong One!
In 1 Corinthians 1:25 we read, "For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength." Do you need strength? Come close to the Strong one. He is .......... |
"If you make the Most High your dwelling-even the Lord, who is my refuge-then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone." Psalm 91:9-12 Have you ever heard the misconception that satan has to go before God first to ask Him if he can do something horrendous to us, like he did to Job? As if everything that happens in our life is from God. Click HERE to read more! Archives
