May you have a blessed and wonderful Christmas filled with the peace of God as you seek Him with all of your heart. God bless you!
What a convincing Scripture! This Scripture in Deuteronomy was the first one where God spoke to me about His will concerning financial blessing years and years ago. I saw it for myself. I didn't have anyone else teaching me or sharing with me the goodness of God in the area of blessing, but God showed me! Hallelujah!
What a wonderful time of the year! God gave the world His only Son for us so that we could be free! We are free from sin (Ro. 6:18, Gal 5:1), from sickness and disease (Is. 53:5), from poverty and lack (Dt. 28), from grief and sorrow (Is. 53:5), free from the curse (Dt. 28) and from any other result of sin! Praise God!
As I prayed a few days ago about God's blessing and lack the Lord showed me something, but before I tell you that I want to mention that God calls us blessed not cursed. He desires that we have no lack. Why? Because He's a caring God. He's our Father.
God gives liberally. Have you ever thought about how God is a giver? How about how He's a BIG giver. He LOVES to give. As a matter of fact, it's His nature! Giving is Who He is!
Today let's look at two translations of 2 Corinthians 9:8. It says, "And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work." (NIV)
Now let's also look at the amplified translation. It says, Let's look at the Scripture in 2 Corinthians 9:6. It says, "Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously."
If you are not sure God wants you blessed financially, read 2 Corinthians chapter 8 and 9. Wow! It's so clear there that God desires that His people be blessed. We read in 2 Corinthians 8:9,
Unfortunately many Christians do not believe that Christians are to be wealthy. Well, they need to read the whole Bible because GOD made many rich and you can read it yourself in the Word. Many think that being poor is humble and the right thing to do. While that might sound good, it is not Biblical.
Give and it will be given to you. That's what Luke 6:38 says. Let's read it. It says, "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

"If you make the Most High your dwelling-even the Lord, who is my refuge-then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone." Psalm 91:9-12 Have you ever heard the misconception that satan has to go before God first to ask Him if he can do something horrendous to us, like he did to Job? As if everything that happens in our life is from God. Click HERE to read more! Archives
