Today, in church, I saw Jesus worship! Yes, as soon as the music started I was having a vision. Just about every Sunday I have a vision during worship. It is awesome! This time, as soon as the music started, I saw Jesus dancing all across the front of the sanctuary! In the front, there He was! He was dancing in His white, beautiful robe, with His sandals on! He is amazing!
There are times when you have to get down right tenacious about your prayer life. Sometimes we really have to practice warfare prayers! I know because I've experienced this in my own life! Sometimes the enemy can fight you tooth and nail even more than usual. Sometimes he hinders things like...

Have you ever wondered about the spiritual gift of speaking in tongues? Did you ever think about how all of the disciples spoke in tongues? It wasn't just a one time experience for them on the day of Pentecost. No, once they received the baptism of the Holy Spirit (which is what Jesus called their Pentecost experience) they had the gift of speaking in tongues and they ALL spoke in tongues regularly and prayed in tongues!! Now I am not referring to the 12 disciples, although they were included of course, but I am referring to the 120 disciples that the Bible says were present on the day of Pentecost....
Years ago in the denomination I grew up in, I was taught that we were not to take heed to any "voices" or thoughts we might have because those thoughts or voices were probably not from God. We were taught that we couldn't discern the voices, so we were taught not to listen. We were also taught that God doesn't speak to anyone, so you better be ware when you think you've heard someone speak! ...
There was a time when someone we knew was in physical pain. He was praying and doing all the right things to make the pain leave. In other words, he was using his authority over the pain and the situation. However, the pain had not left yet and he didn't know exactly why this pain was there. So he decided to go to the doctor......
“Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.” Matthew 10:1
We know that Jesus has all authority. However, here we see that He gave His authority to His disciples. He saw the multitudes and crowds of people who were helpless and distraught. He wanted to reach out to more people, so He chose to give His authority to His disciples so that they would go out and minister to more people. Now Jesus didn't give up His authority, but He shared His authority with us. God wanted to spread His nature, His love, throughout the earth! We represent Jesus in the world! Did you know that most Christian's lives do not look much different than the average lost person? Why is that? One of the reasons is because most Christians are not expecting much in life. They wake up every morning with the same minimal expectation as non-believers.
However, Jesus said, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." (John 10:10) You see, the enemy, the thief, doesn't want any person having a good life! He wants to rob you of your joy. He wants to rob you of your expectation. ... Are you a believer? Then you have God Almighty on the inside of you!! Isn't that amazing? Now stop and think about that for a moment! Think about the truth that the One Who created the Universe is living, dwelling, residing on the inside of YOU! The One Who....
My whole Christian life changed when other believers began to share with me the meaning of faith and I began to learn how to live a life of faith!! Practicing faith has radically changed my life! What is faith? We read in Hebrews 11:1, "Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see." (NIV) The King James says it this way: "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." ...

"If you make the Most High your dwelling-even the Lord, who is my refuge-then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone." Psalm 91:9-12 Have you ever heard the misconception that satan has to go before God first to ask Him if he can do something horrendous to us, like he did to Job? As if everything that happens in our life is from God. Click HERE to read more! Archives
